Terms and conditionsHow do I pay the participation fee?
Available currencies and fees are shown on the course page. HUF offers are currently available. Our team will explain the payment details and deadline.
When is the free cancellation deadline?
You can cancel with a full refund until 7 calendar days before 00:00 on the first course day (Europe/Budapest). After this deadline, the participation fee is non-refundable. For example, for a course starting on 14 January, the deadline is 7 January at 00:00.
Can I transfer my place to a colleague?
Yes. You can change the participant with written notice up to 24 hours before 00:00 on the first course day. Substitution is not possible after this deadline. For a course starting on 14 January, the deadline is 13 January at 00:00.
What happens if a course is cancelled?
We refund the full amount paid. Registered participants will be notified of date changes by email and phone.
