The training venue differs from the provider’s registered office in Pécs. The venue for each course is specified on its course page.

Each course page specifies dates, venue, instructors, programme, teaching language, available attendance modes, fees and professional prerequisites. Credits are available only under the accreditation and conditions stated for that course.

Only attendance modes and currencies actually offered for the selected course can be chosen. The website does not provide a separate online learning portal or video library.

Applicants are responsible for accurate participant details and professional eligibility. One application can include several participants; each occupies a separate place. Applicants registering another person must inform them of these terms and the privacy notice.

No existing account or sign-in is required to apply. After a successful application, the system creates an account for the contact email address or links the application to the existing account. Even with several participants, only the contact gets an account. New accounts receive an expiring, single-use password setup link by email; existing passwords and permissions remain unchanged.

Details can be corrected in the form before submission; the summary shows the total based on participant numbers. Applications are sent using the “Submit registration” button. Optional consents are not conditions of applying.

After a successful save, the website displays a registration reference, “awaiting payment” status, total and payment deadline. Please keep the reference. This on-screen acknowledgement records receipt of the application; it is neither proof of payment nor an invoice.

We send an email acknowledgement. This and the on-screen receipt acknowledge the application, not payment. Organisers handle final participation arrangements; the participation agreement is formed through their separate confirmation. Account creation alone grants no administrative permissions.

Applications cannot be submitted for full or closed courses. The website currently accepts no waiting-list applications; please contact the organisers to enquire.

The selected offer specifies the fee, currency and tax treatment; the summary shows the total payable. The fee covers the listed course services. Travel and accommodation are included only if the course page expressly says so.

Payment is by bank transfer using the payment request and instructions sent by the organisers. Payment requests can also be generated as PDFs in the application. The request includes bank details and the payment reference; the website has no card payment facility.

The displayed payment deadline is at most 8 days after submission and no later than the course start. If you do not receive the payment request or cannot meet the deadline, please contact the organisers.

NyárFa Dent Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság issues invoices outside the website through offline administration. The system records billing details; administrators can generate payment requests and record dispatch and payments. A payment request is not an invoice and is not valid for VAT deduction. The application does not automatically verify bank transactions. Company payers must provide a tax number; contact organisers for invoice corrections.

Cancellation and substitution must be requested in writing at [email protected], quoting the registration reference. The website has no self-service cancellation or refund facility.

5. Cancellation and participant substitution
RequestCondition
Free cancellationUntil 7 calendar days before 00:00 on the course start date, with a full refund.
Later cancellation or non-attendanceThe participation fee is non-refundable, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
Participant substitutionIn writing at least 24 hours before 00:00 on the start date; the replacement must meet the professional prerequisites.

Deadlines use the Europe/Budapest time zone. For a course starting on 14 January, free cancellation ends at 00:00 on 7 January and substitution at 00:00 on 13 January. Any specific course conditions must also be considered. Organisers handle refunds outside the website by bank transfer.

If a course is cancelled, the provider refunds the full participation fee paid. Organisers notify applicants of date changes by email and telephone. Acceptance of the new date or a refund must be arranged directly with the organisers.

A consumer is a natural person acting outside their trade, profession or business. A professional or company application does not become a consumer contract merely because an individual submits it.

For consumer contracts, withdrawal and termination rights and their statutory conditions under Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) apply. Consumers may send an unequivocal withdrawal statement within 14 days of concluding the service contract to [email protected] or the provider’s postal address. Refunds follow the deadlines and rules in that decree.

Please identify yourself, your contact details, course and registration reference and clearly express your intention to withdraw. Cancellation conditions do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Participants must follow venue rules and instructors’ safety instructions. Certificates and credits require fulfilment of course conditions and are administered by the organisers. The website does not provide downloadable certificates in a learner account.

Course materials, lectures, videos, website content, name and logo may be protected by copyright. Materials may be used for personal professional study; copying, distribution or public use requires the rights holder’s permission. Recording requires the instructor’s prior permission; materials containing patient data may not be recorded.

Participants remain professionally responsible for applying course knowledge in patient care. Uninterrupted website availability is not guaranteed; contact the organisers if a technical error occurs or the submission outcome is unclear.

These terms do not exclude or limit liability which cannot lawfully be excluded, particularly liability for intentional breach or breach causing harm to life, physical integrity or health.

Contact the organisers at [email protected] or +36 30 595 5942 about applications, payments, invoices and cancellations. Written complaints may also be sent to the provider’s postal address. Written consumer complaints receive a reasoned response within 30 days.

Consumers may contact a conciliation board, consumer protection authority or court. The Baranya County Conciliation Board covering the provider’s registered office: 7625 Pécs, Majorossy I. u. 36., Hungary; +36 72 507 154; https://baranyabekeltetes.hu. The provider cooperates in conciliation proceedings.

Processing is described in the privacy notice. The system records the versions of legal documents acknowledged at application and the time of declarations. Later changes do not automatically alter existing agreements. Hungarian law applies; the Hungarian text prevails over the English translation in the event of discrepancies, without prejudice to mandatory law.
